August 4th, a date to remember

This Saturday night is the official end of a rock era for me and the guys in monkeyshyne. We will be doing our last Dallas show at the Curtain Club in Deep Ellum. It is funny because I am one that is OK with change, and actually used to preach that to the guys in the band all the time. But in this particular case I wish it wasn't so, I sure do with I could go on playing with those guys the rest of my life. It will be a great show, and probably somewhat bitter sweet. I hope to see all of our fans over the years out there to make it a moment to remember. Thanks to everyone for the support over the years, it has been one helluva ride.
